About Me

Hi, I’m Claudine.

I’ve spent much of my career helping people navigate transitions — whether through mentoring on career strategy, creating meaningful experiences, or simply offering support and connection during different seasons of life. Now I’m in a transition and I am having fun with it!

Over the years, I’ve learned that the things that matter most are rarely just about work. They’re about clarity. Confidence. Relationships. Home. Purpose. Momentum. And feeling like you’re moving toward a life that actually fits you.

In Good Company is a space that brings together the things I care most about: thoughtful work, travel, reading and books, meaningful conversation, caring for people and their pets, and helping others move forward with more intention.

Professionally, my background is in recruiting and talent strategy, where I spent nearly 20 years helping organizations build stronger hiring practices and helping people navigate career decisions with confidence. That experience eventually led me to create The Job Search Reset, a structured program designed to help mid-career professionals get unstuck and regain momentum in their job search.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading, planning my next trip, walking my dog Hugo, or relaxing with a really good cup of coffee.

I’m glad you’re here.
